Effective September 12, 2026. Applies to farmaciarx.com and the FarmaciaRx online-care program operated with Farmacia Anaheim.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or start an online consultation, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Health information you give us as a patient is also protected by HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act; the Notice of Privacy Practices below explains those rights.

Security and retention

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Health records are retained for at least the period California law requires for pharmacy and medical records. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

The online-care program is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we use health information will also be sent to the email on your account.

This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully.

Farmacia Anaheim (941 S Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92802) and the prescribers who participate in FarmaciaRx are required by law to keep your protected health information (PHI) private, to give you this notice, and to follow it.

How we may use and disclose your health information

Other uses and disclosures, including most uses for marketing, any sale of PHI, and disclosure of psychotherapy notes, require your written authorization, which you can revoke at any time in writing.

We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

Changes to this notice

We reserve the right to change this notice and to apply the revised notice to information we already hold. The current notice is posted on this page and in the pharmacy.
